Store Return and Exchange Policy
 

Racket Doctor, LLC strives to ensure your satisfaction with your purchases. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may return or exchange merchandise.
 

General Return and Exchange Policy:

  • We offer store credit or exchange only. No cash, credit, or check refunds will be issued.

  • All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt.

  • Returned merchandise must be in original, unworn/unused condition, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
     

Exceptions:

  • New Rackets with Custom Stringing: All sales of rackets with custom stringing are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these items.

  • Clearance and Special Sale Items: All sales of clearance and specially priced items are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these items.

  • Used or Worn Products: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on used or worn products. This includes:

    • Pre-strung rackets that have been play-tested

    • Worn shoes
       

Manufacturer Warranties:

  • Manufacturer warranty claims require the original store receipt. A service charge may apply in some cases.

  • Racket Doctor, LLC reserves the right to refuse service on any warranty claim.

  • All manufacturer warranties are handled directly between the consumer and the manufacturer. We recommend contacting the manufacturer's customer service department for assistance with warranty claims.

  • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
